Wear It Loud Clothing has a 100% Money Back Return policy; we only accept undamaged, unused, returns and exchanges for up to 14 days after delivery of your purchase. Refunds are processed 5-7 days after receipt of the returned merchandise. Before sending back your item(s), please contact Customer Service via e-mail listed below to set up the return, as well as if you have any questions or concerns about our 100% Money Back Guarantee.
Exchanged item(s) must be sent back in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed with tags intact. Attached with your item(s), please include a copy of your invoice. Wear It Loud Clothing reserves the right to refuse any exchanges and/or returns if product is damaged, washed, or used.
Customers are responsible for the shipping charges associated with shipping the product to our warehouse. In turn, Wear It Loud Clothing will cover the shipping fees associated with redelivering the desired item(s). Wear It Loud Clothing recommends that all packages exchanged are insured by their carrier when shipping. Wear It Loud Clothing is not responsible for any packages that are lost during transit.
Received wrong item(s) or damaged item(s):
If your order was received damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please notify us within 5 business days upon receiving with images showing the issue. Wear It Loud Clothing will then e-mail you a pre-paid return shipping label. Once the return has been processed, the proper item(s) will be reshipped and tracking will be provided via e-mail. WILClothing will not be responsible for any physical damages done after the item(s) are used/worn.
